The Brewery

Aletuary's beers will be brewed on an all-electric 10 gal brew system that is currently being sourced and built by head brewer and owner Matt Wears.    Matt will be able to brew back to back batches and produce up to 20 gallons per brewing session.      Aletuary's beers will ferment in temperature controlled stainless steel conical fermenters from SsBrewTech.   The beers will be served initially only on draft.

UPDATE - SUNDAY APRIL 12TH, 2015:

We received the first of our three 20 gal Blichmann G2 Boilermaker kettles, which will become our Hot Liquor Tank (HLT)

We also received a stainless steel 50' HERMS coil.  A HERMS coil is a way to recirculate and heat wort making it easier to keep and maintain a steady mash temperature.

To keep lots of hop break material from ending up in our fermenters, we will be adding a hop filter to our boil ketter to screen out hop break material to help filter and clarify our beers.

when mashing in, you need not only a good strong back and arms, but also a good mash paddle.
